How to install use Capcut Pro 18.4.0 without problems?
First, delete any old CapCut app version on your phone. If you don’t do this step, the installation will fail again and again.
- Now, download the new 18.4.0 APK from our download page. Install it.
- Important step: Open the app for the first time. Then, close it immediately. Clear it from your recent apps list too. This is super important for the unlocked Pro features.
- Now, we can open the app again.

Is this version more stable?
As I said above, it has very less lags than the previous versions. And yes guys, it is very stable. First, sorry for the delay in posting this update! My main phone’s screen was damaged which is why I was offline.
Now, in last 4 days, I and my team tested this version of Capcut on Oneplus Nord 6 which runs on OxygenOS 16 (Android 16). We loaded some 4K clips with three layers. Faced no lag. That three three-minute video exported in about twenty-five seconds. Our phone was not got any warm. So, that’s a plus point.
The unlocked Pro features like the AI body effects and speed ramping also working fine. Only one problem I did notice which is that sometimes premium templates fail to download because of server timeouts. If that happens to you, just turn on a VPN and connect to a US server or restart the app. The VPN way fixed that problem for me.
So, if you current Capcut app is lagging or crashing which editing, download this apk. Update to this version as it is the best version right now.
